Keep One Short Offer List
For each active offer, write down the name, ID, activation time, required action, progress page, crediting window and expiry. A basic phone note is enough.
Move the entry out of the active list once the final account result is settled. A tidy current list is easier to trust than an archive mixing live and expired campaigns.
- Copy the offer name and ID.
- Record activation and expiry.
- Add the location of the progress counter.
- Archive it after settlement.
Separate Similar Activities
Two 77BE offers might use similar language while applying to separate games, membership levels, or account actions. Treat each one as its own set of requirements.
Work from the offer ID or a short label in screenshots. This prevents the rules from one campaign being used to explain a separate outcome.
- Track each offer separately.
- Match screenshots to the right ID.
- Don't combine progress totals.
- Review invitation-only labels.
Follow Progress at Natural Breaks
Review progress after 77BE's published update interval instead of after each action. Some counters move only when a round closes or a profile review completes.
If the counter has not moved, check account history before repeating anything. A duplicate may add activity or cost without helping the original promotion.
- Respect the refresh interval.
- Review profile activity.
- Wait for event settlement.
- Steer clear of duplicate attempts.
Close the Record Properly
When an offer ends, keep the final progress, account credit, or expiry message. That final page answers most later questions.
For a mismatch, attach the activation confirmation, applicable rules, progress, and final activity log to one help ticket. Delete sensitive copies after the case is resolved.
- Capture the final state.
- Keep the support reference.
- Choose one evidence set.
- Remove old sensitive screenshots.
