Separate Earning From Using
A reward may move through a few stages: offered, activated, earned, credited, and used. Reaching one stage doesn't always mean the next happens straight away.
Watch for separate conditions on how the reward is earned and where it may be used. A qualifying event and an eligible in-app item might not be the same thing.
- Identify each reward stage.
- Note the qualifying activity.
- Review where the value may be used.
- Keep the credited-profile page.
Review Eligibility Before Activation
Account age, membership level, verification status, location, or a direct invitation might determine whether the reward is available. Requirements may also limit one reward to one account or device.
Confirm eligibility while the reward is visible. Completing an activity first and reviewing the conditions later leaves little room to correct a missed requirement.
- Review profile and region conditions.
- Recognize new-account requirements.
- Watch for one-account limits.
- Verify the active dates.
Understand Usage Restrictions
Some 77BE rewards apply only to named games, events, items, or account actions. Others might require the reward balance to be used before another balance.
Review any minimum, maximum, or excluded category. If 77BE shows two balances, confirm which one will be used before approving an item.
- Review eligible categories.
- Review balance priority.
- Note minimum or maximum values.
- Review excluded features.
Expiry and Missing Credit
An expiry may apply to the claim control, the credited reward, or both. Put the precise date in a reminder instead of relying on a general label such as “this week.”
For missing credit, compare eligibility, activation, progress, settlement time, and profile activity. Contact support only after the published wait has passed.
- Record the full expiry time.
- Allow final results to settle.
- Keep the reward reference.
- Report a mismatch with evidence.
